The heart of what we do are the trainings, because we are training evangelists, pastors, and leaders in how to follow-up with new believers. We organize 5-day training sessions for groups of 15 to 70 people throughout the year in many locations in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Cameroon, and other countries as we are invited. The attendees role-play evangelism scenarios, discuss ways to improve their outreach, learn how to follow-up with new believers, and receive culturally relevant evangelism and follow-up materials.

Long after the trainings, these brothers and sisters often continue to work together. They meet to pray, encourage one another, and develop strategies to reach more areas for Jesus. These trainings are important as they provide people with the tools they need to do follow-up well.
