REPORTS TO: The Board at FFICM

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt

PURPOSE: Provides oversight and management of USA FFICM, its staff and operations

PREREQUISITES:

• Has a personal and growing spiritual relationship with Christ.
• Currently active in a Bible-believing church.
• Affirms FFICM Statement of Faith (see fficm.org/who-we-are/)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and approves all budgets both internationally and nationally.
• Perform annual reviews for all employees.
• Manages the USA FFICM staff, approves all hirings and dismissals.
• Attends all board meetings and/or assures staff representation is present at all board committee or task force meetings.
• Prepares and provides organization status reports for board meetings as needed.
• Spends at least 50% of time fundraising for FFICM; this includes personal calls, fundraising events, grant writing and CRM database maintenance.
• Protects vision and direction of FFICM ministry.
• Performs other tasks as directed by the Board of FFICM.
• Overseeing all communications including website and videos.

• Has or is working towards an advanced college degree related to nonprofit management or equivalent experience.
