Rich is the founder and president of FFICM. He founded the ministry in 2013 after many years of being a missionary in Nigeria and working with The Seed Company (TSC), a division of Wycliffe Bible Translators. Rich attained his doctorate in missiology in 2011, writing his dissertation on post-conversion follow-up. Rich is passionate about his work and looks forward to the many more ways God will continue to move through FFICM.
